Returns & Exchanges
Do you want to return or exchange your order?
Follow these steps
1. Register return
Enter your order number (e.g. #2025-123456McG) and the email address you used to place your order into our new digital returns portal . Select the product you want to return and choose the reason for your return. Effortlessly arrange any exchanges, shipping costs with the carrier and easily receive your return label by email.
2. Return packing
Place the items you wish to return, together with the enclosed return form (or packing slip), back in the box. Items will only be accepted if the items are unworn, in the original packaging and have the original labels. Make sure the box is securely closed.
3. Return delivery
Bring your package to a post office within three business days after you have registered it, or use the pick-up service to have your package picked up. You can choose the return method yourself.
4. Exchange or refund return
After receiving your return, we aim to process it within 14 days. Please keep the proof of return carefully until the processing is completed and you have received the refund. Once the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded and you will receive an email about this.
NB
- Exceptions to returns: underwear (such as boxer shorts, briefs and boxers) may only be returned or exchanged if the packaging is unopened, the product is unworn and all original labels and packaging are intact. This is due to hygiene regulations.
- The return costs are for the account of the customer. Exchanges are always free. If you want to return an item that you received via an exchange, you must pay the return costs.
- Don't forget to include the packing slip in the box with your return shipment so we can process your return smoothly!
- The order confirmation you received in your package will show the order number marked as "Reference".
